Accounts that have been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. rich888 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with the applicable fee schedule published on the platform at the time dormancy is declared. rich888 will attempt to notify you via your registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fee.
rich888 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank internet banking, CIMB internet banking, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. rich888 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts — all funds must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.
Deposits via e-wallet are generally credited to your Account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits via FPX are typically credited within the same business session. rich888 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or financial institution.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. These limits are displayed within each game or sportsbook market. rich888 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for individual Players at its discretion, including where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity.
